The Ford Madox Ford Society is a lively and friendly group of people interested in Ford, twentieth-century writing, modernism and the First World War. We share a belief that Ford is a fascinating writer, but part of the interest is the range of Ford’s connections with other leading or intriguing figures, movements, and periods. Whether you are an expert in Ford, a student, or simply somebody who enjoys his books, we hope our activities, publications and conferences will arouse your interest in exploring more of his extraordinary work.
Members of the Ford Madox Ford Society receive our journal Last Post as well as updates about Society news and events, conferences and recent publications. They also have the opportunity to contribute to the Society blog, containing shorter articles related to Ford and his circle. Members’ subscriptions go towards the production costs of the Last Post journal, maintaining this website, and other activities from time to time as funds permit.
