This page provides links to the main Ford archives, and to online sources for his books and publications. His papers (manuscripts, letters, drafts, etc) are scattered across a number of libraries and archives, primarily in the US and UK, so this is a non-exhaustive list. Other sources are often listed in the acknowledgements of works such as dissertations and general bibliographies, such as those by Harvey and Saunders mentioned at the top of the bibliography page.

- The largest and most comprehensive archive of Ford Madox Ford materials, containing over 100 boxes of correspondence, manuscripts, typescripts, broadsides, photographs, and clippings from throughout his life.
- Princeton University – Edward Naumburg, Jr. Collection
- Assembled by Edward Naumburg, Jr., this collection contains 13 boxes of correspondence, works, documents, photographs, drawings and printed matter related to Ford and his circle.
- Princeton University – Ford Madox Ford Collection
- One box of correspondence, drafts and miscellaneous papers.
- Dartmouth College, NH – Ford Madox Ford Collection
- One box, mainly letters and drafts of articles.
- Harry Ransom Center, UT Austin – Ford Madox Ford Collection
- One box of drafts, manuscripts, and correspondence with figures including Arnold Bennett and Harold Munro.
- The Huntington Library, CA – Ford Madox Ford Letters
- Four boxes of letters, mostly between Ford and his literary agent, James B. Pinker.

- Two metres of material including first editions of many of Ford’s works, a set of the Transatlantic review, modern editions and anthologies, and critical and biographical studies of Ford and his associates.
